double billed no credit

A couple if weeks ago I got an email from virgin saying my bill was due. I took the initiative and payed it early only to fine a week later the bill was payed again and after a week of it being payed the second time the money hasn't appeared in my virgin media account as bill credit. Could someone help please?

Usually the credit will show once your next bill is generated. If you sign in to My Virgin Media, you should be able to see credit there now Smiley Happy
