contract issues

How long does it take to get through to speak to someone about the contract that has been sent through to me? I'm now on my third phone call and this one is 24 minutes and counting

hiya @Poolz tricky to say if your calling during peek times can wait awhile best to call first thing in the morning you could also try the online chat via http://contact.virginmedia.com (using PC/laptop)
