asked for a new modem and was told that I could not have the new super fast one unless I got a phone and a TiVo box which would only cost me £1 extra a month, NOW my bill has gone up from 39 to 53 and I have never used the land line as I have not even got a phone plus the tivo thing has not even been out the box, so I am not paying this months bill and I want to go back to internet only like before for many years OR that's it I will go elsewhere.
In this situation it would be the best idea to phone in and speak to customer relations. Call on 150 or 0345 454 1111 on option 4 -> option 5. Weekday between 8AM to 8PM. or a Saturday, between 8AM to 6PM (closed Sunday.) They would be happy to help you.
