i have been trying to get a managers call back about the complete mess of my install and billing and contracts for two weeks, so many promises and nothing done and no calls ? is this standard crap service from virgin that i am to expect , social media team are as much use as a chocolate teapot !!

Looking at the account I can see your complaint has already been logged and is waiting to be worked by someone now. As advised on the phone, it can take up to 14 days for the relevant investigations to take place and for you to hear back.
I've noted on the account that you unhappy with the time it's taking but as this has already been raised, we'll need to stick with that method.
Let us know if you're still waiting to hear back come the 17th November.
