Hi, I cancelled my package and its due to be turn off next week.
I ordered new services with another company and they gave me an install date.
A virgin team called me and offered to match the deal to stay, so i said yes, if i can cancel the new order. Cancelled new order and cant get hold of team that contacted me.
Virgin CS can see log on system but cant get near price.
any idea on how i get to speak to this specialist post cancellation retention team?
