cancellation of contract

I emailed at the end of December to request that my contract be cancelled. I've had no reply so guess it's gone into some sort of black hole. I am out of the country indefinitely and am unable to phone, which seems to be the only way to contact you. Please can you send me some information as to how I can contact you without phoning. I can write if you can let me have an address. Many thanks.

There is no viable e-mail address so heaven knows what you used. Address to write to:

In order to cancel, you can speak to the teams via Webchat here: Contact Us Follow the options Account and Billing > Manage your account online > chat online. 

 

If you have any further issues then you will need to call us. When calling from abroad, use +44 7953 967 967.
