where  can i find my broadband charges ?????

hiya @colinfriend what charges are you referring to? if how much you're paying per month you can view your bill via https://my.virginmedia.com/home/signIn this will not show a breakdown you would need to contact customer services via 150 / 0345 454 1111 online chat @ http://contact.virignmedia.com (using PC/laptop)

yes  my package  costs  broken down,   I used to be able  to see   TV,  broadband,phone and rental   costs  broken down !

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch about the individual package costs for your broadband services with us.

You are right, we did used to itemise services for customers but that changed on our systems a few years ago.

As @paultechy mentioned, in order to catch up with the teams to find out your specific costs then if you could get in touch with them they will be able to break this down for you.

Please be aware that the services are charged as a bundle and as such overall costs for an individual service are not what you pay once the discount is factored in.
