bill payment

 I”d just payed my virginmedia bill at a PayPoint....! how can i get back useing the virginmedia service and confirming the payment on line or by phone call...pls some hints....somebody...!?

Takes a minimum of 12 hours for you to be reconnected and for any payments to show up on your bill portal.

You can login to my.virginmedia.com via any internet connection (e.g. mobile phone) and check your status and current bill there under the 'my bills' menu. That's what I do.

Because you've paid via paypoint it might take longer to go through the payment system.
