bill is more than the contract amount

£10 more than the agreed price I was given over the phone and what is

on the contract and I am not paying it so only paying the agreed amount.

tricky one. if it is a direct debit going out, the full amount will be deducted. if you phone up and pay each month but refuse to pay the full amount they could cut you off. you would have to raise a complaint. written, recorded delivery. before that though phone them and explain you have the contract as proof and want the money back.

I pay each month by credit card and always paid on time for the last 14 years

give or take and I paid the price on the contract on the 28th December and if

virgin does cut me off I will go to the press and let them know how they treat

loyal customers.
