bill has been raised?

has virgin raised there prices?? my bill has a extra 9 pound for no reason at all.

Compare your current bill to the previous bill, the reason will be clear then. Likely you had a discount period come to an end.

The current bill won't say "we put it up because of X,Y,Z." It requires comparing everything listed on each of the two bills. But did you have a discount of any kind applied to your account for a while?

Contracts don't come to an end automatically, but welcome discounts/existing customer discounts do.

Here's a snippet from one of my bills showing a discount. The 'Your package' section is one of the most important parts of the bill to view:

As mentioned above by other users, it's possible a welcome or loyalty discount has ended. 

 

Did comparing your bill to a previous one show any thing obvious?
