Cannot log into my account

HiI have been unable to log into my account for 4 days now. All I want to do is switch games protection/access off so my son can game for a few hours. He has been climbing up walls all weekend. Anyone help? VM tell me all is fully working.

My latest bill amount is correct, but the payment by direct debit taken was less than the bill amount. There has never been any d/d problems in past months. I've had no notification from VMedia. It is only when I checked 'My Virgin Media' the problem...

m250, but only getting m125 speeds
