Unable to register an account

 I am unable to register for an account anytime I try it advises me to contact support, can you please help? I have tried with two different email addresses as I have previously registered with my main email address but I still get the same issue.

What's happened to my £75 credit?

When I signed up I received a £75 credit as part of the deal. This was acknowledged on my first bill in December but has since disappeared and my payments are the full amount. Please explain when that credit gets used?
