appalled at hw bill gne up

was paying £67.a month knw gne up too £130 appalled phonef to querie was told all discounts are ended and contract finishes in 6 mnths time so to cancell have to pay over £200.was told wen phned that price is fixed untill contract ends but knw dif .person i spoke too was very rude too am refused to listen wen i said that i cant afford this.

I'm really sorry to hear that your billing has increased. Usually new customer deals have a certain time at a lower cost then the rest of the contract at a higher price. If this was the case when you signed up, the rest of the contract would be higher.
