I have been trying for sometime to login into my account but without success, but it keeps saying there is an error or tick the box I'm not a robot (which I'm not). Please help!!!

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue logging in to My Virgin Media.
What browser are you using?
Can you try deleting the cache and cookies to see if this helps.
If neither do, try using a different browser. Any change?
