Wrong contract.......again

I contacted virgin to reduce my full package to just broadband and agreed a price.

received email to confirm,but it had left the phone line on,I contacted and thought it resolved.

virgin then contacted me to try and convince me to keep some services and I told them again I on,y wanted the broadband.

i have now received my contract and guess what? The phone is still on. To add to the insult they have disconnected my phone.

hiya @juju sadly not much can be done via the forum, best to have a chat with customer relations choosing option 1 - 5 -4 (thinking of leaving us), they deal with complex issues and are UK based.
