Will a credit automatically be taken off my bill?

I have a bill of roughly £87 which is due to be taken via direct debit on 16th november, and I also have £51.75 credit on my account.

I can't see a way to use the credit to reduce my bill, will the credit automatically go towards the bill and just the £36 odd be taken via direct debit.?

Re: Will a credit automatically be taken off my bill?

Hi lee7587,

Thanks for your query!

As mentioned by dannylau, this should indeed be the case. Smiley Happy

Any credit that's been popped into your balance will reduce the next bill produced by the credit amount.

Please get back to me if I can help with anything more.

Take care,
