Why cannot customers benefit from VIP deal

New customers can benefit from the VIP deal at a price which is considerably less than I pay for one old slow TiVo box,no HD SKY Sport and Cinema and 70 Mbps broadband.

i was content until I realised the disparity was so striking.

We are being ripped off in comparison. Hope someone can explain the disparity

hiya @Rokerite this the same with most ISP/providers, and isn't going to change anytime soon.. since when you joined virginmedia would have got some sort of deal, you could haggle with customer relations choosing option 4 - 5 (thinking of leaving us) when calling virginmedia via 150 / 0345 454 1111
