Why can't you return calls when you promise?

You promised to call me between 1 and 5 today. You fail (yet again) to keep your promise so I call you at 5.15. 63 minutes later and I'm still on hold. What is wrong with you?!!?!?!?

Hi there zoew,

I can see that you've posted a couple of times recently.

I'd like to help with any queries that you may have.

Hope to hear back from you soon,

Re: Why can't you return calls when you promise?

All due respect Nat_J but offering to "help with my enquiry" is no use to me. The question still stands. Why can't Virgin Media call a customer at the time they promised?

By the way, I was on hold for 88 minutes that night, supposedly being put through to a manager, who immediately cut me off as soon as he/she answered the phone. Great.
