Hi. It has been four weeks since my street (NG184UX) has been cabled and cabinets put in. Since then there has been nothing, no leaflets or letters explaining what is happening. As I can't find out any info on cable my street is there a contact number/email that can be used with information relating to going live?
If you are in one of the new fibre "Project Lightning" areas, you could be talking several months. The entire build usually has to be completed before the relevant connections are made to the Headend equipment at the other end.
Expect leafleting & even personal visits when the system goes live.
