Did you retrieve a dormant account? Anyone who was on national had their contract sold to talktalk a long time ago (VM ties cut.)
What I do recall being mentioned in the removed ADSL board was that all moves from ADSL to cable was being put through as a home move. Perhaps they've yet to move your account's service record over to the account that was setup for your cable services. Such service record moves happen a couple of days or so after the home move completes. May take longer bearing in mind the festive period that is near.
