Our technicians have been working on restoring this service and are currently completing checks, but it looks like it's all working now as I can log in, manage accounts and access the billing and payment screens.

hi hansi looking at service status its down as faulty my virgin media so obviously you cant get on the site its still down as fault terri is right i can log on to mine you have to wait till the fault is clear and you should access it alright if not 150 might help jonni
