Website problem

Is there a problem with the website? I can access it ok, but can't view my bill. Little circle at top of page page just goes round and around, look s like it's trying to load the page.

It's still down and out here, been trying to pay the bill since yesterday.

At first it was just the billing part that wasn't loading but now the entire my.virginmedia.com times out.

I have this exact same problem. Trying to sign in but it won't load, just saying website isn't available. Need to pay my bill as it's already due but can't get on to pay it.

Hello hansi, Tonk, Ricksterm, and JMTD77,

 

Thank you for posting on the Community Forum. Apologies that you have been having problems accessing the My Virgin Media site. 

 

Our technicians have been working on restoring this service and are currently completing checks, but it looks like it's all working now as I can log in, manage accounts and access the billing and payment screens.

 

Please let me know if you are still having problems with this.

It's not fixed. The site may be accessible now but the billing part still isn't working.

Hi kabaal,

 

The technicians are still working on this at the moment, but I'm able to log into My Virgin Media fine and view billing without any problems, sorry to hear that this isn't working for you.

 

Once the technicians have cleared this fault, I will check back with you to verify you can access My Bills via My Virgin Media.

hi hansi looking at service status its down as faulty my virgin media so obviously you cant get on the site its still down as fault terri is right i can log on to mine you have to wait till the fault is clear and you should access it alright if not 150 might help jonni
