Judging by your screen cap you are trying to access the "my upgrades and offers" section. Which hasnt worked since Adam was a wee lad. Nor will it.
If you are on a current, vanilla bundle with no extra boxes etc,and want to UPGRADE (not downgrade) it works fine.
If not, it bugs out.
Apparently the Web gurus at VM have never heard of an if...then...else statement....so it will continue to be broken for you.
Without wanting to sound patronising, accessibility options are available
as you will need to contact them direct if you want to change your package.
