You can't.

Write up a complaint or type up+print a complaint off and post it to the following address via recorded delivery: Complaints, Virgin Media, PO Box 333, Matrix Court, Swansea, SA7 9ZJ

You'll be contacted by VM up to 28 days after VM receive the complaint.

Virgin Media aim to:

  • acknowledge receipt of letter within 48 hours
  • resolve complaint within 28 days

Recent experience, acknowledgement letter received 10 days after posting complaint but I did receive Virgin Media's response to the complaint in another letter on the same day; well within the 14 day response time mentioned in the acknowledgement letter.
