WRONG NAME on CHEQUE

Hi,
I already terminated my account since I am moving out from the house and country. A month after, I received the letter with a refund cheque. However, the name is wrongly spelled. May I know the procedure for virgin media to re-issue the new cheque?

hiya @adilahnooree would need to have a chat with customer services via 150 (from virignmedia landline) or 0345 454 1111 since the forum team wouldn't be able to intervene
