WHEN WILL “YOU” STOP HARRESSSING ‘AND’ PESTERING “US”?

COMPLAINT FOR CEO ONLY.

‘WE’ are ELDERLY ‘WE’ Don’t Want Don’t NEED Vigin Media. Weve lived our place 45 years WITHOUT LISTING NO (I REPEAT) NO TV NO NOTHING. WE DON’T WANT OR NEED IT.

WHEN WILL “YOU” STOP HARRESSSING ‘AND’ PESTERING “US”?

WHEN???

WE DON’T USE ANY Media. BUT WILL THEY Understand BUT BOMBARD US!!

FOR 5 -6 years with their VIRGIN  JUNK.

Repeated replies back draw blanks. After4 years I got it stopped = UGH for 2 months. Utter waste THEY THEIR GREED = DON’T GIVE A DAME!!

Repeatedly sending Back WE receive Ever MORE and more!! VIRGIN  MEDIA  GO TO HELL and IN low case go to hell.

hiya @FED-up-Oldies welcome to the virginmedia community forum, this forum isn't monitored by the CEO dept.. you could call up customer services via 150 (from virignmedia land line) sales 0800 052 0422 customer services via 0345 454 1111 and ask to be removed from all marketing campaigns, this can take a few weeks, also could sign up to TPS http://www.tpsonline.org.uk/tps/index.html to help stop cold calls.

6 weeks to process what is a non negotiable request.seems way too long. it should be 7 days max.

 

Vm are known to send out waaaaaaaaaaaay to much mail....
