Virgin damaged BT cables

How difficult is it contact Virgin to make a complaint about damaging my BT cable when digging a hole for their own cables. All of the online contacts relate to existing virgin customers.  BT are  dealing with the repairs but I want to complain to virgin by e-mail as we do not have any phone line . Any ideas on a contact e-mail address ?

Re: Virgin damaged BT cables

I'm not sure what you hope to gain by complaining to Virgin Media.

I'm sure that BT Openreach will be making a complaint to Virgin Media on behalf of their customers.

Re: Virgin damaged BT cables

When BT contractors were putting in fibre DSLAM boxes here, there were several incidents of them causing damage to Virgin's ducting. I'm not sure how many of them were reported to Virgin.
