Virgin broadband issues

Why has my Virgin broadband been absolute rubbish since the beginning of December and the only thing they do to rectify the problem is give me £8 credit. I can't wait to cancel all my contracts with Virgin . Their customer service is crap

hiya @Paulhem1 might be able to offer some advise here, if you could post the issues your having In detail, just please don't post any account information e.g. account numbers etc..

What details do you want, my broadband has not worked properly since the beginning of December!! I have complained several times and I am told it should be fixed by the 12th April. The only compensation I am offered is £8.00. If I want to cancel my contract it will cost me £200.00
I spend around £200 a month with virgin but when my contract ends in December I will happily leave them never to return
