Virgin Media thanks for wasting my time. Booked and confirmed an appointment to install broadband and Tv 4 weeks ago - stayed in 4 hours on Xmas Eve only to to be told they forgot to book the engineer and it would be the end of January for the next available appointment. What are you going to do about it?
at this moment in time theres not a lot they can do - the office closes at 4pm which in the scheme of things matters not as it takes VM at least a week to get to threads - your only options are chat or the phone lines - but sadly its all going to achieve little until after christmas
I am aware that I will now not have any joy until the New Year, but nobody is held to account they basically say - tough, but we will install it in 4 weeks. Also promised a call back from a manager before 4pm - I can see that promise will not happen either. Virgin Media are a joke!
