If not if you could let us know if you have tried:
Using different browsers to access the portal? E.g. Chrome, IE, Safari, Firefox.
Clearing your cache and cookies since you last tried accessing the portal.
Used different devices to access the portal, e.g. mobiles, tablets, laptops etc.
If you've tried all the above and you still have an issue could you please let us know?
