VM Reward

Hi, I'm posting on behalf of my grandparents who signed up to virgin in October I received an email in early November saying the code is on its way... however still not arrived ???

Thanks for coming back to me so quickly Smiley Happy 

 

I'd like to first off say I'm sorry to hear your grandparents have not yet received their vouchers. This can sometimes happen but we are more than happy to chase things up for you. 

 

I have filled out an exception form for them and this has now gone over to the Rewards team. They will check the account to confirm eligibility and they'll come back to me. This usually takes around 3 - 5 days. 

 

Once I hear back from the team, I shall let you know the outcome.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this for you. Smiley Happy

 

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility. 

 

The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done Wednesday for you. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders. 

 

If you've still not received anything within a week, come back and let me know Smiley Happy

Hi,
I recieved an email from the exceptions team confirming what you said however still not received any voucher codes ect. I have constantly been checking my email and junk emails ect but still nothing.

There's recently been an issue picked up so any voucher queries from the 30 th January on wards are delayed Smiley Sad 

 

We are working through this back log as quickly as we can but rest assured the vouchers will be delivered soon.
