Hi, spoke with a colleague today concerning broadband being down and i asked him about my super hub being a few years old. He informed me that I would need to upgrade to the super hub 3.0 because the old hub will cease to work over the next few months. He gave me a website link to go to and order www.virginmedia.com/hubupgrade I have done this but it is saying that I am not recognised as a customer, using my name, postcode etc and therefore won't let me go ahead and order a new hub. Could someone help please on how to go further thanks
