Upgrade broadband connection

Hi there I ordered for my broadband to be upgraded to the 100 vivd one I had a email with a order number but there is still nothing in my orders and haven't received any other email to tell me what happens next? Does it happen automatically or does someone come out or what? I ordered it on Tuesday and then again on Wednesday as nothing was there in my orders. When I went to upgrades and offers on Wednesday it was still there so that's why I did it again lol hope someone can help
