Upgrade Offers & Contractual Terms

We have an offer through our online account to get a v6 Box installed for £14.99.

Separately we also want to cancel our landline phone and  downgrade from Full House TV to Mix TV, and have been quoted a competitive reduced monthly payment.

The guy in customer support assured us that we could order the v6 without affecting the new package. However, I'm wary of ordering the v6 Box and then being told that we're tied into our existing package for the next 12 months.

Any ideas?

you need to talk to retentions - no idea on the V6 but dropping the landline and altering the TV will likely start a new contract

dial 150 or 0345 454 1111 and follow the prompts to - you are thinking of leaving us - dont worry about that they do much more - open 'till 8pm - 6pm on saturdays - closed sunday and the plus is its a UK call centre
