I'm trying to upgrade my hub to 3.0 from the 'Superhub'. Why, when I try to book delivery does it not recognize my last name, house number or postcode, saying 'Sorry, we can't find you in our system. Please check your details and try again.'
I was recommended doing this by a member of staff who I managed to get through to after an hour of calling, waiting, the line going dead, calling again, waiting etc.
Having been unable to upgrade my hub I have proceeded to call Virgin back over the last 3 hours. Now, I can't even leave Virgin and change to BT or SKY because the 'If you want to leave Virgin' line cuts me off after 10 minutes of waiting. AARRGHH!
Please someone give me a contact email for Virgin or simply tell me how I order and upgrade my hub
