It took a month for VM to get my wifi up and running. I spoke with many people about having to return a hub (faulty) and this was removed yesterday by an engineer that installed a new one that finally worked!
I got a threatening message today that I would be charged £40 (within the next 9 days) vfor not returning such kit. I have been getting those messages for almost a month whilst it is not my fault that the kit does not function nor that it has taken so long for me to get my connection. I am tired of VM and I am a new customer!!
I need someone to assure me in writing that I will not be charged for something I am not in the least responsible for and, by the way, the service provided by Yodel is a joke!
