Got a letter a couple of weeks ago saying that my bill would be going up by £3.49 a month but they have been inproving services. Just been online tonight to check my channels list as it seems to be getting smaller and realised the the package i am on is available for less than what they are charging me. Only signed up in september had no end of problems and now website is down so cant set up online account and app shocking. Also was told when cable was fitted i needed the underground cable repulling and someone would be out within a few weeks to do it its still bodged with tape
VM can release new packages at any time during the year. The new packages that have come out also coincide with the annual price rise (that usually takes place in January) , & also the launch of the new V6 TV box. There are always going to be people who time it wrong when signing up, its the luck of the draw, & the same can be said of all other providers.
