How can virgin justify being able to offer new customer deals but none for existing customers? Would rather hubby cancels contract sends back equipment and then I take out new contract and they send out new equipment???? How on earth does this makes sense????
There is much to criticise about VM but this topic does tend to amuse me.
We have posters complaining that VM offer deals to new customers which favour them against current customers and then proudly announce that they are going to Sky, BT, whoever, as they have been offered a new customer deal, which favours them rather than the current customers of said company.
A tad hypocritical?
