I'm trying to change my package online but I get "Unable to change online, please call..." etc.
Is anyone from VM able to have a look at this?
They can take a look but likely wont be able to fix it.
The online upgrade options only work when you are on a vanilla, current package and want to get sommat extra.
Any other changes need done manually, including (for example) if you have a second TiVo or a legacy package for broadband.
