Trying to get a new contract

I had a contract with virgin about a year ago that a couple a months ago I canceled due to not be able to pay the monthly fee at the time with no income,I was able to pay of the remainder of the contract of cancel it, now that I have income I am looking to get a new contract or package but whenever I sign in to my account it says that if i would like to change my account I need call there number but whenever I call it, it doesn't give me the option to do anything like that only change the settings of my previous package with is canceled.

best idea would to be to call the sales team via -> 0800 052 0422 they should be able to look at your old account and possible re-activate it.
