Trouble with payment

Hi. 

I'm broadband costumer and got my bill last week from you. But i have problem to pay it since I'm in Sweden for the holidays now. So I wonder if you can help me with details to be enable to pay the bill from Sweden or if I could exemption to pay the bill later when I will be back in UK? I will be back on the 9th of January.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. I hope you're enjoying your time away. 

 

You can pay your bill by logging in to My Virgin Media and using a Credit or Debit card. Once you've cleared your balance it may be worth setting up a Direct Debit. That way if you're away in future you won't need to worry as the payment will be taken automatically Smiley Happy
