Trouble paying my bill

I'm about at the end of my tether trying to contact virgin media!!!! 

I'm struggling a bit financially at the minute and am struggling to pay an outstanding amount from last months bill AND this months bill. I contacted VM last week to ask if I could pay in two separate payments, this was authorised but I was charged £10 (not exactly helping my current situation) I am no struggling to make the second payment as agreed and simply want to know if I can pay half of my outstanding balance next week and the other half the week after. I've tried phoning them but my signal is that bad they can't hear me. I attempted the live chat route but was unsuccessful. There is no email address that let's you actually send them an email and now I'm left worrying about charges and being cut off. Can somebody pleeeeease help meee!!!!!?????
