Trouble Paying my Bill

Can someone please help. I am struggling paying my bill this month. However I am still within my credit limit. Will I have my services restricted?

To quote a member of staff: "The Credit Limit is only used within the current 30 day bill period as a way to monitor and manage unbilled usage ( eg call charges, pay per view, charges). 

If you have a bill that has been brought forward from the previous month, then that would potentially restrict you due to it being an overdue balance. The overdue bills can restrict an account regardless of whether the current Credit Limit is not breached."

So the credit limit isn't a life saver from being restricted.
