Tracking no required for router delivery

I was told several times today on the phone my router would be delivered as it was sent out on a 24hr delivery. No one in the customer services team can provide me with a tracking number. Is there another way to contact customer services

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you've not received your tracking number. 

 

Since posting has the new router shown up? If not, I can see Rose has responded to your other thread here: No signal on my tivo box

 

Reply to her PM with the information requested and she can also check the status of the router for you.
