I have had no Tivo since 31/12/16 .Hope I will get a reduction in my bill next month Thanks

You need to call in and request the credit, it's not automatic, but only call in for it once services are restored.

Refund of £6 but still having issues. Out of contract tomorrow 12/01/17. 😊 Can't wait to leave Virgin is absolute RUBBISH!!!. Just wondering which company to go with

What did VM say when you reported the fault?

Apologies if I have misunderstood but I have seen various postings like this where the priority always seems to be getting a refund.

If I have a problem with my VM services, and I have had a few, then my priority is always to get the problem fixed. The refund is a secondary issue, not the priority.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

Problems getting ssd orted is a priority but don't see why I should pay for a service I'm not getting. End of contract today so will be looking elsewhere. Any suggestions ??
