I reported to the Virginia media about three weeks ago regarding the main connection cabinet door are opened. I was told over the phone our technician will come out and shut the doors. I have been waiting no one came out. Cabinet doors are opened and kids are playing with cables. I believe virgin media customer service team doesn't care about the customers. I have really concern with my broadband connection because my broadband cable came out from same cabinet.
That's the direct line for damaged cabinets, not sure it will be used by the team until Monday though.
If you are really concerned get some duct tape around it, I know I would be doing that if mine was open until VM came.
