Student 3 months package

Hi, I am currently not in the UK for holidays. Before I left, virgin put me into 3 months remaining service package, and told me that because this is for students so I only need to pay 2.5 pounds for three months. But I received the bill for September today and it is 13.62. Could you please check if anything is wrong for me? Also, I remember that I used to have 50 Mb but now it automatically upgrade to 100 Mb. I didn't ask to upgrade for anything!

This sounds like a pro rata partial charge for the billing period that charges past the 3 months you had the discount for.

In order to check into this if you can contact our teams via Webchat.

Webchat can be contacted via the site online and you can speak to them if you prefer this option by choosing the Chat Online option:

E.G-Account and Billing > Manage Your Account Online.
