I've just received an e-mail telling me my speed has been increased from 152mbit to 200mbit...which is nice, except that happened last year.
I got an identical e-mail after my upgrade happened...and then another...months after it happened as well.
Why do you keep sending me this e-mail? I know my speed has increased, it's been that way for over a year now.

Do you get any other emails from us? Such as marketing ones? If so I can get your preferences changed. If it's only account emails then have you made any other changes to your account lately?
