I am due to start Virgin Media on the 7th November. I initially got an emailed contract with my name spelt wrong and the start date wrong so I called to fix this. I have chased three times and still don't have a new one. I am getting worried that I won't even get my contract before I'm due to start with Virgin - when I last chased today on online chat he said he would post it - why would it be posted if the first one was done via e-mail? I can't see a posted contract arriving at my door then being sent back to you in time anyway!
