I recently upgraded my broadband to a Hub 3.0 and yesterday through "My Virgin Media" I set up a Snapfish account, but when visiting the site there is zero credits in my account.
In the Hub 3.0 quick guide it informs me that I can have 100 free photo prints a month.
When I log into Snapfish, the address is virginmedia.snapfish.co.uk
I have noticed that this seems to be a recurring problem.
Please can someone help me?

The Snapfish prints last for 12 months after you first registered with My Virgin Media so if it's been 12 months then the prints would have run out. If you are still within this period then you will need to contact Snapfish directly via the following options:
Phone: 0203 684 7993 Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Online Chat: Live chat support agents are available from 9:00 AM to 4:00 AM
