I have had no TV or internet from virgin since 11.30 from last night. We received a message on screen saying there was an issue with our account. After phoning virgin they said it was an error on there part and then another person said the account was closed. Was told earlier that it would be up by 8pm and still nothing. My girlfriend just phoned again and was told it will be midnight. Can someone here please look into this because I'm on the verge of going mad.
